Mindfulness Exploration Group
Description
This group is intended as a space for present-moment sharing. We aim to offer a few sessions during which we will explore mindfulness together—its various practices and ways to remain grounded in the present moment.
Each session will begin with a short heart coherence exercise to help us settle, followed by a time to share your emotional experience in the present moment, and will conclude with a guided mindfulness practice.
